How to combine the intensity and velvet contained in our late harvest Quae and the freshness of our whites? We solved this impossible equation creating Nu Go Quae (“I have no will”).

White and yellow berries harvested when fully ripe,on the brink of the drying and prolonged fermentation on the skins: these are the secret variables to obtain a masterpiece of elegance and enjoyment, sipped in the year of the harvest or 20 years later.

Nu Go Quae is accompanied by the most voluptuous meals, raw seafood, foie gras, lobster with a curl of butter, fine pastry or a solitary glass of pure pleasure.
