Nu Go Quæ

Aromatic grapes harvested at full ripeness, sea wind and salt, sandy soils and the warm sun that kisses our island. These are the variables to obtain a masterpiece of elegance and enjoyment, in the year of the harvest or to wait and evolve in the bottle.

The name Nu Go Quae, in the Carlofortino dialect “I have no desire”, derives from the name of Quae (desire), a wine made from overripe grapes, predecessor of his disciple in a late-harvest and decidedly sweet key.
